Hug your own self

The intense feeling of oneness and the love for everything around is beyond description. These are the moments that one cherishes but why do they just come once in a while. Can this be our experience anytime anywhere?

We are connected to each other through social media like never before yet feel lonely inside and stressed out as we are not connected to ourselves.

A hug from a friend instantly brings a smile on our face wonder what could happen when we hug your own self.

Meditation is hugging yourself whenever wherever and being at ease with any situation knowing that you are part of the universe and being taken care of. From ancient times people have been practising meditation as a way of life and experiencing this expanded pause of the thinking mind at will.
